Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Portify to build, publish, or export a portfolio website. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

Give an email address you can access and keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content

Your portfolio content stays yours. You give Portify permission to store it and show it as far as needed to run the service, including showing what you publish to anyone with its address. Only publish content you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Portify for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful. That includes impersonating someone, publishing malware or phishing pages, infringing other people’s rights, and trying to get around the service’s limits or security. We may remove content or suspend an account that does this.

Publishing

Each account can have one published portfolio at a time, either on Portify or as an independent website. A portfolio published on Portify is free and stays online while your account is active and the service runs.

Independent websites

An independent website is deployed to your own Vercel account, so it and its project belong to you. Vercel’s terms and pricing apply to it, and any charges from Vercel are between you and Vercel. See how independent websites work.

Templates and exported code

You can use a Portify template and its exported code for your own portfolio, and change them as you like. Don’t resell the templates or offer them as your own template product.

The service

Portify is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important. We may change or end features, and we’ll try to give notice of changes that matter to you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Portify isn’t liable for indirect losses or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities that come from using the service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Portify at any time. To close your account, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy. A website on your own Vercel account stays there until you remove it.

Changes and contact

We’ll update the date above when these terms change. If you keep using Portify after a change, the new terms apply. For questions, reply to any email Portify has sent you.
